Our Services

FBO & Lounge Facilities

Through our own FBO network we provide handling services at eight German airports. Our facilities are located at the General Aviation Terminal, which is the central meeting point for all arriving and departing passengers. They include customer service counters, passenger and crew lounges as well as pilot briefing desks. Free wireless internet access is available.

Handling Services

Our well trained staff takes care of all aircraft, crew and passenger needs, such as meet & greet service, passenger and crew transportation, baggage handling, flight briefings, customs and immigration assistance. We also arrange for GPU, lavatory and potable water service, de-icing and all other ground service equipment.

In addition to our own stations at Berlin, Cologne Bonn, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich we are able to provide nationwide handling on credit through our network of preferred handling agents and FBOs. If required we are able to supervise the handling of your flights on site with our experienced personnel.

Catering

In cooperation with local caterers and restaurants we provide excellent catering. Whatever your passengers desire we will deliver it! Our services include the supply of own catering equipment and delivery by refrigerated vehicles directly to the aircraft. We also provide a wide range of international newspapers and magazines.

Landing Permits & Airport Slots

For all commercial flights we arrange landing permits through the German CAA (Luftfahrt Bundesamt). Furthermore we assist in obtaining airport slots and PPRs at relevant German airports (see airport listing).

Hotel & Transportation

Through our inhouse IATA travel agency we can arrange hotel accommodation for your crews and passengers at preferred rates as well as rental cars, limousines and helicopters.

German Aviation Tax & Air Security Fee

All operators are obliged to pay air security fees per departing passenger. Commercial operators have to pay in addition the new German aviation tax. Furthermore foreign operators have to appoint a local representative. GAS has the approval of the German authorities to handle both charges.

Mineral Oil Tax Exemptions & Refund

We offer Mineral Oil Tax Exemptions (MOT) and refund for all commercial operators. In cooperation with our tax consultant we are able to reclaim previously paid Mineral Oil Tax and VAT. Additionally we arrange permanent exemption certificates in order to avoid MOT.

Fuel Supply

We offer Jet A1 fuel and AvGas at competitive rates at all major German airports. Furthermore we provide aircraft refueling with our own fuel trucks located on the GA ramp at Frankfurt airport on behalf of Exxon Mobil Aviation.
